Congratulations to the 2024 Scholarship Winners
It’s our third year providing scholarships to deserving high school students. The goal of our program is to inspire the next generation of leaders. This year, we received over 300 applications.
We are so proud of our 2024 scholarship winners. Meet Josiah and Melina.
Melina attended Monterey High School and will be attending Sonoma State University. Josiah attended Pittsburgh High School and will be attending Prairie View A&M University.
The annual celebratory event was held at the Rose Garden Farmers’ Market in San Jose. Customers, board members, staff, family and friends attended the hour-long event. Our guests of honor were treated to a complimentary dessert or drink.
I had the opportunity to talk to them about their goals, activities and community involvement. It was great to hear how both of our awardees were thinking about their next chapter in their life. I feel so honored and blessed to be able to continue to support this scholarship program. Check out the Instagram Reel
2025 applications will be open in December. I am encouraging high school seniors from all of the country to apply. Scholarship money maybe used for a four year university, community college, trade or vocational school.
